During reading

CTW, Chapter 4, pp. 45-86 and Phonics, Chapters 7-9, pp. 85-124: Design two separate webs for the topics
of fluency and phonics. You may want to include information from the previous reading assignment as well as
information from today's reading. Your web should include characteristics, vocabulary, activities, etc. from our
recent readings.

 

After reading

CTW, Chapter 4, pp. 45-86 and Phonics, Chapters 7-9, pp. 85-124: Bring your webs to class and be prepared
to use them to answer questions on a small quiz. Add the new fluency and phonics strategies from these chapters
in your Reading Teacher's Notebook of Strategies.
