Evaluation All of the projects have a method of evaluation outlined within the project. Some are individual tasks, some are paired tasks, and some are group tasks. You have 350 points possible, and you need 300 to complete all the requirements for this WebQuest. Each individual student's grade will be based on 300 points, with 270-300 being an A, 240-269 being a B, 210-239 = a C, and 180-209 = a D. Anything less than 180 points is unsatisfactory. This will count as three 100 point test grades when averaging your work for the grading period. |

Conclusion This WebQuest was intended to provide you with a variety of challenges as you maneuvered about the Internet. It was also created as an extension for the unit on Charlotte's Web. Some of the activities were designed to give you choices so that you might use the learning style that best suits you. Additionally, it was intended to help you hone your writing skills and become more proficient in using the writing process. A fifth objective was to find factual information about pigs. If a WebQuest is something you would like to do again with another unit or book, please e-mail me at phcurry@adair.k12.ky.us and let me know your thoughts. Please share what you liked about the WebQuest and how you think it could be improved.
