Evaluation This webquest will be scored based on your completion of three main tasks. The same score will be given to all members of the group. First, your completion of the pre-reading questions. Second your completion of the poster. And finally, your completion of the post-activity evaluation form. The following scoring guides will explain the expectations of the assignment.
Pre-reading Questions (10 points) 5 Points - The question form was printed out and used to answer the questions. 5 Points - All questions on the form were completed.
Poster (50 points) 10 Points - The poster has four organisms and at least one of those organisms is a plant. 10 Points - The poster has a caption, which describes in detail the biome that was researched. This includes information from all of the questions listed in the task section. 20 Points - The poster contains a caption for each organism used. This caption describes in detail the characteristics of the organism and explains what specific adaptations the organism has that allows it to successfully live in its environment. 10 Points - The poster is neat, attractive, and colorful. It is clearly organized and allows the viewer to clearly understand the information that is being displayed.
Post-Activity Evaluation Form (20 Points) 10 Points - The form was printed out and used to answer the questions. 10 Points - All questions were answered and communicate the difference in knowledge from the beginning of the activity to the end. |
