Biography
Dr. Redfield joined the faculty of the Jones Jaggers Center for Child Learning and Study in August 1980. When the Jaggers Center closed at the end of the 1980-1981 academic year, she joined the Psychology Department. In September of 1987, Dr. Redfield began a two year leave of absence (to work as a scholar on loan to the USED). In September 1989, she ended her employment at WKU to go to UCLA.
Dr. Redfield now serves as President and CEO at AEL. Dr. Redfield has published more than 50 articles, book chapters and reports and has made over 125 presentations and keynote addresses at professional conferences nationally.
